📋 1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the V4 Ferraz Piai Internal Data Hub ("the Application"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Application.
Important: This application is intended for internal use only by authorized V4 Ferraz Piai employees and approved agency personnel.
✓ 2. Permitted Use
The Application is designed exclusively for:
- • Authorized Personnel Only: V4 Ferraz Piai employees and approved contractors with valid credentials
- • Account Management: Managing and optimizing Google Ads accounts for V4 Ferraz Piai clients
- • Internal Reporting: Generating performance reports and analytics for internal use
- • Campaign Optimization: Implementing rule-based automation and optimization strategies
- • Audit & Compliance: Conducting campaign audits and ensuring best practice compliance
🚫 3. Prohibited Use
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- × Unauthorized access or attempts to access the system without proper credentials
- × Sharing login credentials with unauthorized individuals or external parties
- × Using the Application for purposes other than managing V4 Ferraz Piai client accounts
- × Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code
- × Introducing malware, viruses, or any harmful code into the system
- × Exporting or sharing client data with unauthorized third parties
👤 4. User Responsibilities
As an authorized user of this Application, you agree to:
🔒 Security
Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials and immediately report any unauthorized access.
⚖️ Compliance
Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and Google Ads policies when using the Application.
✓ Accuracy
Ensure all data entered and actions performed through the Application are accurate and appropriate.
📢 Reporting
Promptly report any bugs, security vulnerabilities, or suspicious activities to the technical team.
© 5. Intellectual Property
All code, design, documentation, reports, and materials generated by or through the Application are the exclusive intellectual property of V4 Ferraz Piai. This includes:
- Source code and software architecture
- User interface designs and layouts
- Generated reports and analytics dashboards
- Automation rules and optimization algorithms
- Internal documentation and training materials
Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Application solely for its intended purpose during their employment or engagement with V4 Ferraz Piai.
🌐 6. Service Availability & Limitations
The Application is provided "as is" and "as available." V4 Ferraz Piai makes no warranties or guarantees regarding:
- • Uptime: Continuous, uninterrupted access to the Application
- • Google API Availability: The functionality depends on Google Ads API, which is a third-party service subject to its own terms and availability
- • Data Accuracy: While we strive for accuracy, data may be subject to delays or discrepancies from the source API
- • Error-Free Operation: The Application may contain bugs or errors, which will be addressed on a best-effort basis
⚠️ 7. Limitation of Liability
V4 Ferraz Piai shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:
- - Use or inability to use the Application
- - Errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in data retrieved from the Google Ads API
- - Automated actions taken by the system based on configured rules
- - Unauthorized access resulting from user negligence
- - Service interruptions or data loss due to third-party service failures
🔐 8. Data Protection & Privacy
All data accessed and processed through the Application is subject to our Privacy Policy. Users must:
- Handle all client data in accordance with LGPD and other applicable data protection laws
- Not export or share sensitive data outside the Application without proper authorization
- Immediately report any data breaches or security incidents
🔚 9. Termination
V4 Ferraz Piai reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Application at any time, with or without notice, for:
- Violation of these Terms of Service
- Termination of employment or engagement with V4 Ferraz Piai
- Suspicious or unauthorized activities
- Any reason deemed necessary to protect the security and integrity of the system
🔄 10. Modifications to Terms
V4 Ferraz Piai reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or through the Application interface. Continued use of the Application after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
⚖️ 11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Brazil. Any disputes arising from these Terms or use of the Application shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of São Paulo, Brazil.
